I will break down the fundamentals behind building Qatar’s first insurance ecosystem— from reaching 110,000 users to achieving triple-digit year-over-year revenue growth for the second consecutive year. I’ll walk through what we built, the critical decisions that shaped the product, why they worked, and what didn’t — along with practical, transferable lessons any team can apply to their own product journey.

I will explore how analytics evolve within insurance products — from establishing clear visibility of performance, and building reliable reporting, to making analytics an integral part of product releases. I will walk through the practical stages of analytical maturity: understanding core product metrics, embedding insights into decision-making, and establishing the processes and standards that allow analytics to consistently influence product and operational decisions.
